This is the first time i've every written a review for a product but as there weren't that many when I looked , I decided to do it to help new purchasers make a decision. The murphy bed that I received from Wall Bed Place is amazing. It is incredibly comfortable (I bought the mattress they sell), it is very well made, and it is incredibly light. I can close it with one hand. The sales people in the NYC office were also incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!

We got my son’s bunk bed at Wall Bed Place! Alex helped us figure out exactly that it would fit in our small space in NYC. It maximizes every inch! My son has uses used this bed for three years! When it needed a slight repair, the company sent out repairman right away and fixed it at no charge. Its been a wonderful experience having this bed in our apartment. The unit is modern stylish and sturdy. My son is able to have three boys sleepover at once!

Murphy Bed store has the most beautiful selection of Murphy Beds. I just had my queen sized murphy bed installed and it is absolutely beautiful and comfortable. The installers were very professional and did an amazing job in setting it up. I highly recommend them with enthusiasm. Very reputable company.

The wall bed was exactly like the specs and showroom sample. It arrived with a sleek grey and aluminum finish and was assembled perfectly by installation crew. It creates a den/ office that doubles as spare bedroom. The bed is queen size and very comfortable. The desk is roomy and the shelf perfect for photos. We are very happy with product and comfortable recommending vendor to friends. Much better designed and more comfortable than a pullout bed which is agony to sleep on.

Super professional, impeccable service. Managed all aspects of the job. As an Interior Designer, this is the level of workmanship I am use to. Raffaele and Alexander are STARS! This was a dual state project without Zara in NYC - available to meet, provide samples, images, paperwork, and available day of installation - (me flying to Florida) - this project would NOT have been successful! In this day of technology, with companies moving away from verbal customer service , this designer would strongly look to this company over and over again.

We own a completely customized wall bed with two side cabinets (both of which have a hanging wardrobe), custom LED lights in the nightstand area, reading lights, and LEDs above the bed. Additionally, the bed comes with a sturdy desk. This bed has transformed our third bedroom into a functional office/bedroom. The look and feel of it is elegant and classy. We consulted with Zara from start to finish, who was completely candid with us in every respect and also responded to every single email we had with many questions. Their website lists many options and it was hard to choose. She listened to us carefully and confidently guided us toward something we loved. In addition to her, Alex at sales who is based in Florida and Anastasia were excellent with responding to our questions in a timely manner as well, because we wanted something highly customized. The delivery/installation process was a little stressful as we live in a city building with specific rules and the bed took a while to install. But Zara and her team arranged for the installation team to come over a second day and complete the installation smoothly. The team headed by Jan/Yan knew what they were doing! They managed to expertly install the bed and demonstrate its capabilities before leaving. I recommend Wall Bed Place wholeheartedly. They are beginning to establish themselves in New York, their prices are decent given the many customizations, quality and finish/style they offer, and they really bend over backwards to make their customers happy.

We are absolutely thrilled and genuinely thankful to Timeless and Tushaan for making our wedding events an absolute fairy tale! KILLED IT😻😻!!! The confidence Tushaan has in his work immediately put both my husband and me at ease and gave us complete trust in him. The result of his confident decision making? The best setup EVER! He was so easy to talk to and genuinely listened. He didn't push pre packaged ideas he absorbed our individual tastes and executed them by 10x. We couldn’t have trusted anyone else with the decor for all 4 of our wedding events. Magical! 🤍 The final setups were beyond what we could have imagined they were the best setups EVER! I did a lot of research before ordering and my experience was awesome start to finish. The bed is so easy to use, looks amazing. Install was seamless, it’s easy to use. The order was delayed by a couple weeks (as large unique furniture does sometimes) and they were able to be accommodate my scheduling needs and still get installed by the date they quoted. Can’t recommend enough, check out the show room and you’ll be sold. Also it’s pricey but they have a great financing option if you can get approved
